Cutimed Sorbact Hydroactive B combines the proven bacteria-binding Sorbact® technology with a hydroactive gel structure and is ideal for the treatment of infected or contaminated wounds with light to moderate exudation . The bacteria-binding effect occurs purely physically through hydrophobic interactions – entirely without chemical agents. This makes the dressing particularly gentle on tissue and well-tolerated , even with long-term use.
The gel structure supports a moist wound environment , gently loosens deposits, and simultaneously promotes autolytic wound cleansing. Cutimed Sorbact Hydroactive B thus contributes to effective wound management, especially during the inflammatory and cleansing phases of chronic wounds.
