
PGA resoquick from Resorba is a synthetically braided, absorbable suture material particularly suitable for short-term wound closure. It is undyed, coated , and offers excellent knot security and controllable tension loss.
With a knot tensile strength of 50% after 5–6 days and complete mass resorption after approximately 42 days, this thread is ideal for surgical procedures where only short-term wound support is required.
Available in a variety of thread sizes (USP 2 to 9/0), the material is suitable for a wide range of specialties – from general surgery to microsurgery.
