Melladerm PLUS Medicinal Honey Hydro Wound Gel is a primary wound dressing based on medicinal honey and glycerin. The hydrogel is intended for external use and serves to cover and moisturize wounds. Further information
Melladerm PLUS contains honey, glycerin, propylene glycol, and PEG 4000. Upon contact with the wound surface, the gel draws fluid from the surrounding tissue, creating a moist wound environment. It is applied directly to the wound, followed by the application of a suitable secondary dressing. The product is intended for external use only.
