The BD Vacutainer® Push Button Blood Collection Set is an innovative safety product for venous blood collection and short-term infusions of up to two hours. With one-handed activation of the safety mechanism, the needle is withdrawn directly from the vein at the push of a button after use and irreversibly enclosed in the housing . This minimizes the risk of needlestick injuries and offers maximum protection for medical personnel. The high elasticity of the wings ensures optimal grip and control during puncture, while the integrated viewing chamber provides immediate feedback on a successful puncture.
