The sterilization non-woven fabric is a packaging material for wrapping sterilization items, especially for use in steam autoclaves. It is used for the reprocessing of medical devices and supports safe sterilization through suitable material properties.
The non-woven fabric is characterized by good steam and air permeability, which allows the sterilization medium to penetrate. At the same time, it acts as a barrier against microorganisms after the sterilization process. In addition to being used as a wrapping cloth, the material is also suitable as a filter insert or liner in instrument trays and sterilization drums.
The cut sheets are already pre-cut into ready-to-use sheets, which supports structured and efficient handling in the reprocessing process. The blue/violet color facilitates identification in the sterile goods cycle.
The product complies with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 11607 and DIN EN 868-2.
