Parker's Redux Gel® is a conductive electrode gel designed to optimize skin-electrode contact in diagnostic and therapeutic applications. It is intended for professional use in clinics, practices, and research settings.
The gel has excellent electrical conductivity and contains a mildly abrasive component. This helps reduce skin resistance by gently preparing superficial skin layers without causing unnecessary irritation. This allows for stable and reproducible measurement results in electrophysiological studies.
Redux Gel® is water-soluble, does not dry out quickly, and is easily removed from skin and electrodes after application. The formulation is free of fats or oils that could impair electrode adhesion. The product is odorless and suitable for short-term use.
