ALLEVYN Thin by Smith & Nephew is a thin, flexible foam dressing for covering low to moderately exuding wounds. The dressing supports wound healing by absorbing exudate and helps maintain a suitable wound environment.
The soft foam core adapts to body contours and movements, making it suitable for comfortable use on various anatomical areas. Depending on the indication and skin condition, the gently adhesive surface allows for fixation without additional fastening material.
The water-repellent outer layer acts as a protective barrier against external influences and reduces the penetration of fluids from the outside. The wound dressing can be cut to size if necessary to ensure a snug fit.
