The RealSuture 3-layer suture pad without vessels, dark skin tone, is a training model for simulating the superficial layers of the human abdominal wall. It replicates three anatomical layers: epidermis, subcutis, and a superficial fascial layer.
The reinforced epidermal layer is designed to withstand tensile and stress loads during suturing exercises. This supports realistic behavior when piercing and adapting wound edges. The model is designed for repeated training applications and serves for structured instruction in various suturing techniques.
The dark skin tone version allows for a differentiated representation of tissue structure and supports a diverse training situation.
