Granudacyn wound irrigation solution from Mölnlycke is a ready-to-use solution for cleaning and moisturizing wounds. It is preserved with hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and intended for external use in professional wound management. Granudacyn is available as both a wound irrigation solution and a wound gel and is suitable for a wide range of wound conditions.
