Cosmopor Advance from Hartmann is a sterile, self-adhesive wound dressing with DryBarrier® technology. This technology ensures that absorbed fluid remains securely bound within the wound pad, preventing it from seeping back to the surface – even under external pressure. This minimizes rewetting and promotes reliable exudate absorption. The soft, conformable backing ensures a comfortable fit and secure fixation. The dressing is suitable for the treatment of acute and surgical wounds, as well as for wounds with low to moderate exudate levels.
