The Cleartest Strep A ECO control solution set is used for external quality control of the Cleartest Strep A ECO rapid test and is suitable for both the strip and cassette versions. It is intended for professional in vitro use and supports the regular verification of test functionality in accordance with good laboratory practice.
The set contains a positive and a negative control. The positive control is based on heat-inactivated group A streptococci, while the negative control contains heat-inactivated group C streptococci. This allows the set to enable reproducible functional testing of the test systems under standardized conditions.
These control solutions are designed for use in medical practices, laboratories, and healthcare facilities, and support compliance with internal quality and documentation requirements.
