The oxygen cylinders are filled, lightweight steel cylinders containing medical oxygen and are designed for a cylinder pressure of 200 bar. They serve for the safe storage and transport of medical oxygen and are intended for professional use in medical facilities. The white color complies with applicable labeling standards.
The cylinders are equipped with a residual pressure valve that prevents moisture ingress and thus helps reduce the risk of corrosion. This ensures that the cylinder remains functional even at lower residual pressures. The design complies with the relevant DIN standards and the legal requirements for medical gases.
Medical oxygen is classified as a medicinal product and has a shelf life of two years. This product may also include reused oxygen cylinders that have undergone a comprehensive safety inspection. Please note that not all cylinders supplied are brand new.
The cylinders allow for a transparent calculation of oxygen supply and treatment duration based on cylinder volume, pressure, and flow rate. They are suitable for use in hospitals, clinics, rescue and emergency services, medical units, and in pediatric and geriatric care.
