Coverflex fast is a permanently elastic, seamless, circular-knit tubular bandage made of a particularly dense, silk-like material with integrated elastane threads. This innovative material combination ensures pleasant skin contact , high stretchability , and a secure fit – without pressure points or slipping.
The bandage has a wide range of uses: It is suitable for securing wound dressings , as a protective underlayer or overlayer for compression, plaster, or zinc paste bandages, as well as for self-adhesive and cohesive dressings. In dermatology, Coverflex is used as a moist dressing in the context of oil-moist therapy (acute phase of atopic eczema) and as a dry dressing in the chronic phase.
