The PEEP (Positive End-Expiratory Pressure) valve and the corresponding adapter are essential components in ventilation therapy. They serve to maintain a defined positive pressure in the airways at the end of exhalation. This improves gas exchange in the lungs, prevents alveolar collapse, and reduces the need for higher ventilation pressure during inspiration.
The combination of a precisely functioning valve and a suitable adapter enables ventilation support to be carried out efficiently, safely and hygienically – both in emergency medicine and in everyday clinical practice.

The adapter ensures a secure and leak-proof connection to common bag valve resuscitation (BVM), CPAP systems, or mechanical ventilators. It is compatible with standard ISO connectors. -
