Servotest VET Ketosis is a rapid, semi-quantitative milk test for the detection of ß-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) – the most important ketone body in dairy cows. The visually readable dipstick detects subclinical ketosis early, before clinical symptoms become apparent. Using this test allows veterinarians and farmers to quickly identify impending metabolic disorders and take targeted countermeasures.
The test is ideal for individual animal diagnostics , especially in the transition phase or in freshly calved cows with a high risk of negative energy balance.
