LAVANOX-Serag® wound irrigation solution and wound spray are modern medical devices for cleansing and preventing infection in acute and chronic wounds. The products are based on an electrochemically activated mineral salt solution with an active ingredient content of < 0.08% sodium hypochlorite/hypochlorous acid (NaOCl/HOCl) . This combination ensures effective wound decontamination , reliably removes biofilm and wound odors , and promotes a healing environment—while maintaining excellent tissue compatibility .
The mechanical rinsing action enables rapid and thorough cleaning of wound coverings, microorganisms, and residues. LAVANOX-Serag® is effective against bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores , including multi-resistant germs such as MRSA, MRE, and Pseudomonas – without developing resistance.

Application
Rinse the wound thoroughly with LAVANOX-Serag® every time the dressing is changed. It can be applied directly from the bottle by unscrewing it or aseptically using a spike (not included). The spray is particularly suitable for targeted application to smaller or hard-to-reach areas. The solution can also be used to moisten wound dressings .
Consume within 2 months of opening.
