The HemCon OneStop Bandage is a highly effective wound dressing made from chitosan and specifically formulated to rapidly stop bleeding . Especially in patients receiving anticoagulation therapy (blood thinners), the OneStop™ Bandage provides effective hemostasis , supporting the healing process and minimizing blood loss .
In addition to stopping bleeding, the OneStop™ dressing also provides an antibacterial barrier . It protects against a wide range of microorganisms , including particularly resistant bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) , Enterococcus faecalis (VRE) , and Acinetobacter baumannii . These properties make the dressing a more ideal solution for treating wounds prone to infection , ensuring rapid healing and long-term wound care .
