Cutimed Siltec Sorbact is a modern, highly absorbent foam dressing that combines antimicrobial Sorbact® technology with a gentle, silicone-coated adhesive edge. This dressing is ideal for treating infected wounds with moderate to high levels of exudate or at risk of infection . The physical action of the hydrophobic Sorbact material binds and removes bacteria and fungi without the use of chemical substances. This reduces the risk of infection and promotes wound healing.
The soft silicone adhesive edge allows for atraumatic removal of the dressing—ideal for sensitive or pain-sensitive patients. The absorbent foam structure ensures a balanced wound environment and promotes granulation.
