The FAST1® Intraosseous Infusion System is a specialized emergency device for rapid intraosseous puncture of the sternum when peripheral venous access is unavailable or cannot be established in a timely manner . Designed for pre-hospital and clinical emergency use , FAST1 allows the direct administration of fluids and medications via the bone marrow space—particularly in CPR situations or in patients with cervical spine immobilization.
The system enables flow rates of up to 80 ml/min (gravity) and requires no batteries or power supply —it is completely manual . Thanks to the integrated depth control, there's no need to select a needle length. The low-profile infusion lines ensure a secure fit without accidental release, even with patient movement.
