This anatomically correct model of a female pelvis realistically depicts the pelvic floor muscles and serves to clearly illustrate the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor. It consists of the iliac crests and the sacrum with coccyx and is life-size.
The pelvic floor model is made of flexible plastic and can be disassembled into four parts. The color-coded design clearly differentiates the individual muscle groups and facilitates understanding of their location and function. The modular design allows for the targeted explanation and demonstration of anatomical relationships.
This model is suitable for use in medical training and for providing factual information to patients, including in gynecology, urology, and physiotherapy. It is intended solely for teaching, training, and demonstration purposes and is not suitable for diagnostic or therapeutic applications on patients.
