SafeSeal PP reaction tubes offer maximum reliability and contamination protection for demanding applications in everyday laboratory work. Made from pure polypropylene (PP), these tubes are specially optimized for thermal and mechanical stress. An integrated retention lug guarantees that the lid remains absolutely securely seated even at high temperatures, reliably preventing unintentional opening during heating or incubation.
The well-thought-out ergonomic design with a wide lid attachment facilitates one-handed closing and opening during workflow. After opening, the lid remains in a stable, vertical position, minimizing the risk of cross-contamination from contact with surfaces. For efficient work in the lab, the precise graduation for quick volume control and a generous, writable lid surface for seamless sample identification are also provided.
Thanks to strict certification according to the "PCR Performance Tested" standard, the reaction tubes are free from DNase, RNase, human DNA, and PCR inhibitors, guaranteeing reliable and reproducible analysis results. With an extreme centrifugation resistance of up to 20,000 g, the tubes withstand even intense physical separation processes. The pierceable lid membrane also enables precise and automated sample removal using cannulas.
