The Resusci Anne First Aid Whole Body is a training and simulation model for conducting first aid and resuscitation training in a controlled training environment. The product is intended solely for educational purposes and is not suitable for use on real patients.
The model is a full-body mannequin that replicates the anatomical features of an adult body in a form designed for training purposes. Its construction allows for the demonstration of various training situations within simulated first-aid scenarios. Thanks to its modular design, individual components can be added or replaced to represent different training sequences within a simulation context.
The training mannequin features movable limbs and a movable head to facilitate positioning and repositioning exercises within training scenarios. An integrated airway system with interchangeable, disposable airways simulates respiratory situations during training sessions. The airways are designed for repeated use in training environments and can be changed between training sessions.
Furthermore, mechanical properties are integrated that enable the simulation of chest movements and resistance during simulated resuscitation measures. Carotid pulse simulation serves solely to represent a training feature within exercise scenarios. All functions are designed for simulation and do not constitute medical effect, diagnosis, or therapy.
The Resusci Anne First Aid full-body suit is designed for use in training facilities, education centers, emergency services, and similar training environments. It is not intended for patient care, diagnostics, or treatment. To maintain the material and functional properties, proper storage, cleaning, and disinfection of the reusable components according to the internal guidelines of the respective institution are recommended.
