The Novofusion infusion set from Fresenius is a disposable infusion system for the safe and controlled administration of fluids in clinical and nursing everyday life. The sophisticated design with a micro-smooth spike, integrated filters and precise controls supports reliable handling. Transparent components allow continuous visual monitoring of the fluid flow during use.
Integrated venting with a bacterial filter contributes to hygienic workflows. The drip chamber has a particle filter larger than 15 µm and allows visual control of the drip rate. A flow-stop cap minimizes the risk of uncontrolled fluid leakage, while the precision roller clamp enables finely adjustable flow control. The Luer-Lock connector ensures compatibility with standardized systems. Depending on the version, variants with a color-coded reflux stop are available.
The infusion set is intended for single use and is available in different versions, optionally with or without a reflux stop. It is suitable for use in clinics, hospital wards, doctor's offices, care facilities, emergency medical services, day clinics, as well as in outpatient and inpatient infusion therapy.
