We are an internationally active, rapidly growing e-commerce company in the healthcare sector, headquartered in Bochum. We sell our products through several online sales channels – including our own webshop as well as various national and international marketplaces. To further scale our digital business, we are looking for a motivated and performance-oriented (Junior) E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) who will help shape the strategic development of our marketplaces and take responsibility for sustainable growth.
As a (Junior) E-Commerce Manager, you are responsible for both the operational management and the strategic development of our multi-channel e-commerce business. You analyze performance data, identify growth potential, and develop measures for the long-term positioning and scaling of our marketplace and D2C activities.

Your tasks
Development and implementation of measures for the sustainable scaling of our marketplace business (expansion of product range, visibility strategies, evaluation of new platforms and internationalization opportunities).
Responsibility for long-term performance and strategic
Positioning our marketplace channels with a focus on profitable growth.Analysis of relevant KPIs such as revenue, margin, conversion rate and visibility to identify strategic growth drivers.
Strategic development of our own webshop in coordination with the marketplace strategy.
Optimization of product presentation and customer journey to increase conversion rate and overall performance.
Close collaboration with purchasing, logistics, marketing and customer service to align commercial strategy and operational implementation.
Preparation of performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.
Tracking delayed deliveries and coordinating in case of delivery problems.
Your profile
Completed studies in business administration, marketing, e-commerce or a comparable qualification
(or relevant professional experience in e-commerce)Analytical thinking skills and a strong performance orientation
Structured, independent and entrepreneurial work style
German at native speaker level and fluent English.
Confident use of MS Office
Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
Native-level German as well as good English skills
