This highly realistic IV injection arm is specifically designed to attach to the right arm of the R10052 model and allows for the precise simulation of intravenous injections. The arm is made of realistic PVC with latex veins, creating authentic skin wrinkles when the vein is palpated. The characteristic "pop" sensation can be felt when the needle is inserted into the vein, and realistic backflow occurs when inserted correctly. The arm can be rotated at the elbow, allowing easy access to the cubital fossa, forearm, and back of the hand. A bony landmark on the shoulder helps identify muscle tissue for intramuscular injections.
